Commercial Operations Specialist (EMEA)

End-to-End OTI Ownership: Manage the full flow from customer data creation in SAP and EDI processing to shipping documentation and final invoicing.
Operational Strategy: Implement batch allocation rules to optimize inventory distribution and drive strategies that minimize billing errors and delays.
Bid Documentation Support: Act as a key partner for our distributors by providing critical administrative and logistical documentation needed for successful market submissions.
Process Excellence: Lead projects to improve customer service KPIs and develop training materials to standardize \"best practices\" across the EMEA team.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the \"bridge\" between the warehouse, logistics, regulatory, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely delivery.
